Concierge Services are taken on a case by case basis for clients who prefer or require appointments at a more convenient location for them.
Telehealth and/or Phone sessions may be an option for some clients depending on their lifestyle, and if deemed ethically appropriate, will be discussed at the time of the initial consultation.
Cash, check, Venmo and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Clients are required to give 24 hours advanced notice prior to cancellation. Clients will be charged the full fee for missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice.
I am an out of network provider. This means that payment in full is due at the time of service. All clients are provided with a fully coded receipt (health insurance claim form) and may submit it to their insurance carrier for reimbursement/application toward the deductible. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage by asking the following questions:
